Ordering, delivery & product Information

 

Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed online through our shopping cart. You have the option to either pay by Cheque or with your Credit/Debit Card. All our Credit/Debit Card transaction are processed by PayPal through their secure website. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you wish to pay by cheque, please download a copy of our order form (below) and send with your cheque to: 'Here Comes The Bride' 20 New Road, Sheringham, Norfolk NR26 8EB. Please make cheque's payable to 'Here Comes The Bride'.  Please make sure you include your name, email address, full postal address and a contact telephone number

Refunds & Returns

 

Ready made favours

Please note that due to each favour being handmade to order we do not offer a refund on unwanted products. In the unusual circumstance that any of the products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, we are more than happy to either exchange or refund those products effected. Please contact us by email within 48 hours if their is a problem with your order.

 

DIY favour Kits & Party Products

We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund.  You must request a return by emailing us on info@weddingfavourbox.co.uk The goods must be in pristine condition, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods.

 

Samples

There is no minimum order on any of the designs so if you would like one of each of your favourite designs to view at home please order these in the same way as if you were ordering just one design in a larger quantity.

Click 'add to basket' on your chosen design, selecting '1' as the quantity. Do this for all the designs you would like to see. Postage and Packing is charged on a scale dependant on your order (see below). Sample orders take approx 7 working days for delivery.

 

Delivery

Please allow 4 weeks maximum for your order to be delivered to you for handmade favours and products and up to 2 weeks for DIY favour kits and party products.  This is to allow for out of stock items and busy periods.  I make every effort to get your delivery to you before these delivery times.  All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

If you have any queries with regards to delivery times on a product, please contact me before placing an order.

All our wedding favours and products are made from high quality fabrics and decorations.  Please note that due to screen resolutions and digital photography, there maybe slight variations in colour and texture.
