Terms & Conditions

 

We accept all orders on the basis that the following terms and conditions are understood and agreed to.

Here Comes The Bride cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations which occur occasionally. Although every effort has been made to reproduce colours accurately, due to digital imagery some colours shown may not be exact representations of actual colours used.  

 

Here Comes The Bride reserves the right to substitute a design element with a suitable alternative should an item used in a design become discontinued or unavailable.

 

Hand Made Products & Favours

Customers are advised that due to products being hand-finished there may be slight variations amongst designs. All products are finished to a high standard but due to their delicate accessories should be handled with care by the customer.  

 

Please note that due to each product being handmade to order we do not offer a refund on unwanted products. In the unusual circumstance that any of the products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition due to our error, we are more than happy to either exchange or refund those products effected. Please contact us by email if their is a problem with your order.

 

Please ensure that you thoroughly check your products on arrival and if possible check the filling.  We can only offer a refund or replacement on damaged goods if we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving your order.

 

From order to delivery please allow  up to 4 weeks.

 

Cancellations will not be accepted once payment has been received.

 

DIY Wedding Favour Kits & Party Products

We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund.  You must request a return by emailing us on info@weddingfavourbox.co.uk The goods must be in pristine condition, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods.
